Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience teaching with primary sources, such as rare books, manuscripts, and archival collections.
- Demonstrated experience identifying potential donors, stewarding donor relationships, and negotiating donor agreements.
- Developing and implementing collection development policies for manuscript and rare book collections.
- Demonstrated experience applying foundations of archival theory and/or the history of the book.
- Initiating and sustaining collaborative opportunities within the campus, the local community, and beyond.
- Providing research assistance for diverse audiences.
