This position coordinates and maintains ASC's various internal training programs for staff at all levels, as well as maintaining and updating SOPs and other pertinent training documentation. S/he facilitates ASC's training to those SOP's and other assigned materials, in partnership with ASC subject experts. S/he also coordinates on-boarding of new non-exempt employees, including their ROHP clearance and required EHS training.


Associate's degree required, Bachelor's preferred. 3-5 years of experience.

Other requirements: knowledge of commonly used procedures and skills in laboratory animal husbandry, colony health, and facility management; familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other commonly used workplace software. AALAS certification and knowledge of training pedagogy preferred but not required.
