Detailed Description:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lectures and laboratory sessions in Anatomy and Physiology.
- Create engaging and effective teaching materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on student assignments and assessments.
- Stay current with advancements in the field of Anatomy and Physiology to integrate relevant information into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall academic experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of the program.
- Monitoring progress/attendance, advising students, recording grades and submitting reports.
Qualifications:
- A master's or doctoral degree in Anatomy and Physiology or related field
- Previous teaching experience at the college level is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to engage students and facilitate active learning.
- Commitment to staying abreast of developments in the field and integrating them into the curriculum.
