The Alternative Testing Assistant & Exam Proctor will help the Assistant Director manage the day-to-day operation of the exam proctoring program.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage exam process including having the room organized, assigning seating, organizing exams, contacting faculty with questions, collecting exams and handouts, and returning exams to the front desk.
  • Help schedule exams in Accessibility Information Management (AIM) database.
  • Break down and set up exam spaces.
  • Print attendance and proctor sheets.
  • Track exam information.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as required.

WHAT EDUCATION AND SKILLS YOU WILL NEED

  • High School diploma.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PP, Forms, Outlook).
  • Envisions and proposes new methods to perform tasks that support ET&A; takes thoughtful risks; and accepts new and ongoing initiatives, objectives, and solutions to gain sought-after results.
  • Anticipates and embraces change; demonstrates willingness to achieve, acquire, and utilize new skills and challenging tasks; and is flexible in changing conditions.

HOW AND WHERE YOU WILL WORK

Flexible schedule needed for early morning and late-night exams.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS YOU MAY HAVE

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
