Advertised Job Summary
Under limited supervision, reporting to the Director of Information Systems, the Advancement Web Analyst will be responsible for development & maintenance of University Development web projects. The primary functions of this role include web development for Development’s online giving site, SharePoint web portal, web integrations, and all other web projects as assigned. Analyst will support Development’s online efforts using ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JQuery, .NET assemblies, REST APIs, and JavaScript SDKs. The web analyst will also be responsible for all SDLC stages and other activities including code documentation, consistent coding conventions, and source control. He/she will also provide 2nd/3rd tier end-user support for all web related projects. The web analyst should understand development, test and production environments necessary to support ongoing CRM web development.  
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related web development experience. Required to travel to conferences as part of continual educational development and professional growth. Must have a valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in identifying and predicting trends in web development. Knowledge of cart technology and web credit card payment systems.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Strong knowledge of ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JQuery, .NET assemblies, REST APIs, and JavaScript SDKs. Ability to learn the University goals and objectives related to fundraising. Ability to work with professional and executive-level staff. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize work and manage diverse and competing priorities while meeting deadlines. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, online resources, and database management. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully with Advancement and Development divisional leaders: i.e., colleagues at the Director, AVP, VP, and Presidential levels.
