Summary of Duties

The Advancement Records Business Analyst will play an integral role on the Advancement Records team, serving as an expert in business operations. S/He will be responsible for leveraging a combination of business analyst and project management skills to serve as the testing lead for system upgrades and enhancements as well as business analyst/functional lead on various Advancement Records projects as assigned. Assists with the creation and maintenance of an Advancement data glossary/catalog in collaboration with the analytics and reporting teams and IT.

The Advancement Records Business Analyst is expected to operate with a high degree of independence, decision making capabilities, and discretion, have the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and business partners, communicate with a high degree of competency, transparency, clarity and foresight while also exhibiting the behaviors associated with the Office of Advancement’s core competencies: Leadership, Continuous Improvement, Teamwork and Collaboration, and Communication/Interpersonal Effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; 1 year experience in project requirements gathering, development of test scripts, and performing testing for an enterprise CRM system. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products including Microsoft Access.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Blackbaud CRM system. Experience with data analysis and use of query tools; project management experience, experience using SQL tool with preference to Microsoft T-SQL, experience writing data definitions or maintaining a data catalog.

Target Salary $53,010.00 - $64,790.00 Annually
