Job Summary/Basic Function
Assist in the support of library technology. Regularly review support requests and document help provided. Update, Install and configure software across a homogeneous lab environment. Conduct daily reviews of technology equipment, cleaning and documenting functionality. Aid in the inventory management process through physical inspection. Provide one on one user support.
