Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct, submit and track preliminary transcript evaluations
  • Review all applicant files after they have been entered into the database for accuracy, special needs, scholarship programs, cumulative grade point averages, test scores, and any other pertinent information needed.
  • Maintain weekly recruiting activity reports from the professional
  • Coordinate daily communication management
  • Collaborate with Information Technology to identify requirements influencing the setup of and daily activities associated with the CRM system in support of Enrollment Management
  • Utilize experience and familiarity with communications technologies and platforms, reporting tools, and analytics to make recommendations to existing communication flows and future campaigns; and provides support for other projects as needed.
  • Assist in the operational maintenance and data integrity of the Admissions systems and databases, as well as analyze existing business practices and apply technological solutions within the data warehouse, SIS and CRM.
  • Daily systems operations (duplicate resolution, outside source and test loads, etc.) and ensure processing of all data from data sources into systems.
  • Serve as a primary champion of CRM for the recruitment, admission, and enrollment of new students.
  • Prepare weekly downloads from the database containing statistical information and reports for the professional staff to use in managing their territory.
  • Consult with managers and others on campaign tracking, response handling, follow-up, and automated lead management.
  • Implements comprehensive communication campaigns to various audiences using multiple communication channels.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
