Assist the Director and Associate Director of Admissions Operations with implementation, maintenance and enhancement of the Admissions Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) system, Slate.Supports the goal to provide all students a high quality, seamless customer service experience from inquiry through enrollment, while supporting internal and campus-wide stakeholders in the admissions, recruitment and enrollment process.

REPORTS TO: Director of Admissions Operations & Systems


  • Provide technical training, support and assistance to internal and external constituents using the CRM system.
  • Work with the Admissions Operations team to strategically analyze and improve Admissions processes and operations for efficiency.
  • Develop and update Admissions training documents as they relate to processing within the CRM system.
  • Create and maintain any Admissions electronic forms within the CRM.
  • Ability to problem solve student-specific issues related to application process.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with the Admissions CRM.
  • Assist the Admissions Operations team in execution of communication plan strategies.
  • Upload data imports and electronic documents into the CRM system.
  • Provide online live chat assistance.
  • Works to maintain the integrity of the Admissions CRM in order to ensure complete accuracy for records and reporting purposes.
  • Run weekly, monthly and annual reports to ensure Admissions data is consistent and valid.
  • Learn and maintain an extensive understanding of the overall admissions operations and systems. 
  • Assist with call center operation maintenance.
  • Enter, retrieve, update, and maintain student records.
  • Assist with processing of inquiries, mail, and applications for graduate and undergraduate programs.
  • Perform other related duties as delegated by the Director of Admissions Operations & Systems.

  • Strong computer skills and related software applications including Windows, Word, and Excel expected.  Knowledge and experience with Slate preferred.
  • Experience with implementing technology, communication processes and student information systems.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communications and technical skills to deal with complex issues. 
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve and take initiative in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Attention to detail is a must.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • One to two years related experience or SQL and/or HTML coding knowledge is preferred.
