Minimum Position Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of experience as a student assistant or graduate assistant working with recruiting, orientation, student life, or related programs.
Must maintain and possess a valid driver’s license.

8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
May require work and travel outside of normal work hours including nights and weekends.

Duties & Responsibilities
Supports the enrollment goals of the university by providing admissions information to prospective or newly admitted students.
Represent the university to prospective undergraduate students and their families at college fairs, visits to high schools and colleges, on campus and off campus events.
Communicates with prospective students by phone, email, and other innovative methods.
Counsels prospective students on admissions requirements, financial aid and other topics.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage a geomarket/recruitment territory by actively traveling to high schools and two-year colleges to provide enrollment counseling and meet with counselors, parents, and prospective UofM students.

Conduct dynamic presentations and effectively answer questions about admission and application requirements and processes.
Assist with the campus tour program by welcoming visitors, leading the group information session, and at times, leading a campus tour.

Analyzes data to determine marketing effectiveness and impact on applicant and enrollment objectives for targeted populations. Develops and utilizes various reports. Compiles and analyzes statistical data for routine, periodic, and ad hoc reports. Prepares regular recruitment activity reports, statistical analyses, and enrollment projections.
