Join the vibrant team at the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology’s Office of Admissions. We’re looking for a passionate individual to step into the role of Admissions Counselor, where you’ll be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, making a real impact on our enrollment goals.
As an Admissions Counselor, you’ll take charge of a designated recruitment territory, guiding students through every step of their college journey—from initial inquiry to enrollment. You’ll be our university’s ambassador, representing us both on and off campus. Your role will involve providing accurate information on programs, financial aid, and university life and offering valuable guidance to prospective students and their families.
We’re seeking someone with more than just qualifications—we want a team player with exceptional customer service skills, a knack for communication, and a commitment to excellence. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, possess strong organizational abilities, and can adapt to changing schedules involving evenings, weekends, and overnight travel, then you might be the perfect fit.
Join us in our mission to empower the next generation of leaders in science and engineering. A bachelor’s degree and a valid driver’s license are required, but the real prerequisites are enthusiasm, dedication, and a drive to make a difference.
