Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field and one year of related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.  Grade ND1 Wage range $15.41/hour - $26.61/hour

Position Description

Reporting to the assistant director of Speed School Admissions, this position plays an integral role in meeting the recruitment and enrollment goals identified by the College's Strategic Plan.

  • Serve as a liaison to the financial aid office and council students on financial aid processes. Serve as Financial Aid liaison to the Financial Aid Office to assist incoming students with questions regarding their financial aid status and scholarship inquiries. Manage departmental funding opportunities for incoming students and serve as liaison to UofL financial aid. The successful candidate should be knowledgeable of external scholarship opportunities as well as federal, state, and local financial aid opportunities.                                                
  • Coordinate Admissions activities such as Accolade, CPD, E-Expo.
  • Recruit both in person and virtually at high schools and college fairs with an emphasis on in state and out-of-state students.
  • Conduct campus and departmental presentations as well as meet with prospective families and students in both small group and one-on-one settings.
  • Coordinate the recruitment and enrollment of Internal and local transfer students (out of state).
  • Develop and implement recruitment programs for Minority/Diversity groups such as NSBE, SWE, SHPE, and Spectrum.
  • Coordinate Admissions activities such as coffee with the cards, GSP, Honors, and Mentored Scholarships.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and communication marketing strategy.
