TheGraduateProgramsOfficeattheRobertJ.Trulaske,Sr.Collegeof Business is currently seeking an energetic Admissions and Recruitment Managertojoinourteam.Thisrolewillcollaboratewith the Admissions and Recruitment, Assistant Director, and the Director of Graduate Programs to recruit quality Graduate Students. The Admissions and Recruitment Manager will develop and implement strategies to identify, track, and qualify leads and applicants, as well as other information required for the successful operation of Graduate Programs Admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
This position will be the chief representative at all in-person events, both on and off campus.
· Collaborate with Admissions and Recruitment, Assistant Director to pursue all leads, evaluate candidates and process new admits.
· Develop and generate student leads through various venues: in-person, phone, online and on and off campus events.
· Represent the program through information sessions and webinars; attend activities such as college fairs and other networking events
· Buildrapportandmaintaincommunicationwithprospective students creating strategic pipeline.
· Coordinate and/or assist in creating internal and external communicationstonewstudentleads,prospectiveandadmitted students; and resolve any problems as needed.
· Maintain activity on prospective student contacts; application progressusingSlateandqualifyprospectivestudentsthrough program enrollment requirements and admissions.
· Understandthegivenrequirementstoevaluateallapplication components to render an admission decision.
· Participateintheadmissionandapplicationprocessbyconducting interviews, processing applications with supporting materials, and monitoring applicant progress.
· Maintaineffectivecommunicationandrelationshipswithinthe TCoB, MU and college professional organizations.
· Developandgeneratemarketingmaterialinprint&digitalformat for master's programs.
· Coordinateand/orassistinGPO'ssocialmediaplatforms: LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
· Planandcoordinateonandoffcampusrecruitmentprogramsfor prospective students.
· Traveltocareerfairsandotheradmissionseventsrecruitinghigh quality graduate students.
· ProvidesupervisionanddirectiontotheGraduatePrograms graduate student worker.
