Detailed Work Schedule
The summer tour schedule is currently being finalized. The first day of summer tours will be either 5/20 or 5/28 and run through Thursday, August 9. Additionally, the University will be closed on June 19 and July 4. A mandatory training will be scheduled for the week prior to the beginning of tours. More details will be available during the interview.
Hours are Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm, otherwise.

Position Summary Information


Job Description Summary:
Summer Admission Assistants work full time for the Office of University Admission in many capacities, including:
  • Campus tours
  • Presenting to special group visits
  • Data entry
  • Greeting visitors
  • Office tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Must be an undergraduate student with great enthusiasm for Villanova
  • Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate
  • Must be comfortable speaking to large groups
  • Must be available for the majority of the dates listed and all of the hours on a weekly basis

Physical Demands Summary:
Must be able to give several hour-long walking tours of campus each day, including in heat and rain
Wage Rate: $11.25/hour
