The Administrator will:

 


  • Accounting, categorizing and reporting Center income and expenses to Directora.

  • Manage monthly billings for Center research protocols.

  • Manage monthly billings for Center Clinical scanning.

  • Interface with Einstein Human Resources regarding the initiation and processing of new/existing employee paperwork.

  • Supervise MRRC administrative and technical staff.

  • Assist Radiology Unified Administrator with submission of Proposals via Cayuse system for Center Staff.

  • Maintain dynamic database of all approved and proposed Center proposals.

  • Interface with Einstein Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, etc. for all Gruss MRRC building facilities support.

  • Work with Directors to organize the MRRC Annual Report.
  • Manage and supervise patient/subject EPIC registration.
  • Manage / supervise patient/subject calls/reminders.
  • Assist Radiology staff with MRRC patient insurance verifications.
  • Assist Radiology staff with MRRC related clinical schedules.

  • Various related duties as assigned.


Education and Experience


  • Bachelor's Degree in management, business or accounting and 3-5 years of related experience is required.

  • Experienced user of networked computers, MS office. Knowledge of Access, Quickbooks or other database and accounting software helpful.

  • Experience as a manager/supervisor is preferred.

  • Grant management and/or grant writing experience is preferred.
