Job Summary
The Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture Food and Environment, Regulatory Services division seeks a candidate that is meticulous and attentive to deadlines to serve as the Administrative Support Associate. The Division of Regulatory Services administers processes to ensure quality of animal feed, fertilizer, seed and raw milk to ensure consumers have access to superior agricultural products. The Administrative Support Associate is a key member of the team. Duties include serving as the main point of contact for payroll and Human Resources matters, coordinates all recruitment and hiring procedures, maintaining personnel information, and being responsible for accounts receivable. This position also serves as the supervisor for an Accounts Clerk and Receptionist. Additional responsibilities include provide backup coverage and securing the building at opening/closing. Requires knowledge of institutional processes, administrative systems and business policies/procedures in order to communicate, interpret and disseminate information to all staff of the division. Experience in financial and payroll processes is a plus.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
This position requires a working knowledge of SAP Financial System, IES, and Microsoft Office. Experience in supervising employees and dealing with accounts receivable are preferred.
