Shift
Primarily days Monday – Friday Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; and additional hours as needed.
Job Summary
This position supports the Department of Health Management & Policy (HMP) as the primary point of contact, and the Master of Health Administration (MHA) program director as needed. Assists the departmental manager with financial responsibilities including procurement, travel arrangements, and account reconciliation while maintaining internal records. Provides clerical support for the department including printing/copying, maintaining office supplies, taking meeting minutes, limited faculty class prep, and event or meeting coordination.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SAP, and Qualtrics.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education/Experience
Associate’s degree plus two or more years of related experience preferred.
