The School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, is seeking a full-time Administrative Support Assistant II. This position makes extensive use of digital resources and financial software to provide budget support to the director and faculty. The candidate selected must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites; familiarity with IBIS, Oracle/iTwo and other Penn State software systems is preferred. The ability to maintain confidentiality, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks is essential. The successful candidate must be capable of self-management and possess: effective written and verbal communication skills; the ability to develop and interpret budget reports; problem solving skills; the ability to collect, manipulate, and interpret datasets, and the ability to work with people of diverse cultural backgrounds and in a team environment.
