Physical Requirements
This position will regularly require sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time, and occasionally (less than 10% of the time) lifting objects over 10 lbs.
Shift
Monday – Friday, Day Shift; 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Job Summary
The GME Office provides service and support to 900+ graduate medical education residents and fellows in multiple programs at the University of Kentucky, Lexington campus and regional locations.
This position will serve as the GME Affiliate Coordinator and is responsible for coordinate all processes related to off-site residency/fellowship training agreements and all processes related to on-site visiting rotations.
The GME Affiliate Coordinator will work closely with the GME Office leadership team, residency and fellowship Program Directors, Program Coordinators, UK Legal Counsel, and representatives from affiliated training sites and facilities.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Excel, Outlook Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills are required for this position.

Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree plus two years experience preferred.
