Job Summary
The Pigman College of Engineering Philanthropy Office is seeking an Administrative Support Associate I to serve as the business officer for the department. This is a critical position in the Department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Account creation and management; Create annual budgets and manage the Department’s budget process, and conduct quarterly meetings to ensure budgets are on target; Maintain HR records, coordinate new hires, separations, upgrades, and create new positions in SAP; Edit Procards; Manage all aspects of the employee travel and reimbursement process; manage accounts payable, purchase orders, order forms/receipts, requisitions, and PRDs for the Department; Receive and secure donor payments, prepare gift deposits, and perform all required functions in SAP; Manage the Department’s work order and office supply order process.
Applicants must have intermediate knowledge of Excel and basic math skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, have attention to detail, and be able to follow directions. Knowledge of SAP, Concur, EGATS, RADAR/Millenium (and/or other donor database) are a plus.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP – FI and HR systems.

Preferred Education/Experience
Associate’s degree plus four or more years financial work experience preferred.
