Job Description:
Administrative Services Officer II (ASOII) serves as the lead administrative staff team member and administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the Physics Department. Various responsibilities include managing all hiring procedures, faculty searches, faculty support within division, event planning, building liaison, monthly salary reconciliations, timesheets, other duties as assigned and described in essential duties and responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and nine years of office administration or project management experience including two years at the Administrative Services Officer I level and two years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Experience, knowledge, and accuracy in PeopleSoft, eProcurement, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams preferred.
