Job Description
The Administrative & Records Assistant will work as part of a team to provide clerical, records and administrative support for the Academic Advising Center and Associate Deans. They will be responsible for the maintenance of electronic and paper student records. They will support the logistics of several large annual events sponsored by the Morrissey College Dean's Office including the Diploma Ceremony, December Baccalaureate, Dean's Scholars, Scholar of the College, and Order of the Cross and Crown.
Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $40,300 to $50,400; salary commensurate with relevant experience.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Three years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a higher education setting.
* Strong computer skills and the ability to acquire new technology skills as required by the position.
* Good oral and written communication skills.
* Occasional evening or weekend attendance at events.
