The Administrative Project Coordinator will provide professional administrative support to the CHRO on a wide variety of projects and assignments. Provides overall coordination of projects to ensure completion within budgetary, space, and time limits in order to enhance the overall operation of the organization. Must be highly organized, with strong attention to detail and efficient in reviewing and completing work, and able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously that vary in scope, depth, focus, and action. Uses professional project coordination concepts to resolve problems of limited scope and complexity; coordinates and completes routine projects, requiring limited judgment and decision making. |
Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and three years of administrative experience, experience related to the project area or any equivalent combination of education and experience. |
