The Administrative Project Coordinator will provide professional administrative support to the CHRO on a wide variety of projects and assignments. Provides overall coordination of projects to ensure completion within budgetary, space, and time limits in order to enhance the overall operation of the organization. Must be highly organized, with strong attention to detail and efficient in reviewing and completing work, and able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously that vary in scope, depth, focus, and action. Uses professional project coordination concepts to resolve problems of limited scope and complexity; coordinates and completes routine projects, requiring limited judgment and decision making.
Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and three years of administrative experience, experience related to the project area or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative support to CHRO.
  • Manages, coordinates, and/or completes assigned projects within deadlines and assigned budget.
  • Troubleshoots and problem-solves; proactive and self-manages workload.
  • Manages and coordinates monthly HR forums including planning and organizing agendas, produces forums via MS TEAMS, follow-up surveys, reports on analytics, assesses feedback and makes recommended actions.
  • Coordinates all HR staff meetings.
  • Assist as needed with coordinating BRIGHT Leaders events and activities.
  • Analyzes HR data and prepares reports for CHRO.
  • Coordinates HR budget, prepares and processes financial compliance functions, manages office space needs with campus departments for the HR team; and performs annual space and asset inventory.
  • Performs initial review of designated HR policies, protocol, guidelines, and website. Recommends edits/changes based on current practice.
  • Assist CHRO with executive search coordination.
  • Coordinates HR Professionals Week and other HR events.
  • Performs calendar management and coordinates and processes travel for CHRO.
  • Performs other duties and manages projects as assigned.
