Job Description:
The administrative project coordinator is responsible for various administrative tasks, (i.e., account reconciliation, purchasing orders and student worker payroll). This position is also responsible for helping develop, plan, and organize recovery-focused events on UTD campus, in collaboration with CSR manager and UTD campus partners (e.g. Student Counseling Center). This position may include developing and leading student, staff and faculty trainings and presentations focused around recovery or CSR services. This role also helps in the overall mission of CSR to increase program visibility and presence on campus by tabling events, classroom presentations, and other outreach initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and three years of administrative experience, experience related to the project area or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree and experience working in an addiction/recovery environment. Preference is given to individuals with experience and/or knowledge and compassion around mental health and recovery.
