Administrative Program Coordinator
Law Academic Center
Location:  New Orleans, LA
Summary
The Administrative Program Coordinator assists in managing and supporting the programming and activities of Tulane Law School’s Academic Affairs department. This includes supporting (1) student organizations with event planning, budgets, reimbursements/payments, and understanding university policies; (2) supporting all Academic Affairs programming, including orientation, wellness and academic programming, and mentorship programs with event planning, budgets, reimbursements/payments, and compliance with university policies. This position also helps with administering the academic support programs, planning first year student orientation, and coordinating academic and wellness programming and events.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Highly proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. 
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to successfully communicate with diverse constituencies. 
• Capacity to effectively manage internal and external relationships and represent Tulane Law School favorably at all times.
• Strong organizational and event planning skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and manage time effectively. 
• Ability to maintain accurate and organized confidential records. 
• Self-directed and ability to work proactively.
Required Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
OR
• High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with 6 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with college or graduate students.
Compensation Information
This position is classified as "non-exempt, hourly" and is assigned to pay grade 23.
