The Information School has an outstanding opportunity for an Administrative Assistant 3 to join their team.

Located in the iSchool Dean’s Suite, the iSchool Administrative Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the administrative daily management of the iSchool and setting the overall tone for the Dean’s office. This position supervises part-time student employees who provide office coverage, reception, inquiry triage, and assistance with special projects and miscellaneous administrative tasks. The individual in this position supervises the student assistants, assists and backs up the iSchool Administrative Services Manager, the Assistant to the Dean and directly to the Dean when needed, as well as provides administrative assistance to all faculty, staff and students at the Information School. The iSchool Administrative Coordinator is expected to be adaptable, professional, customer-service- oriented, and well organized.

The iSchool Administrative Coordinator reports to the iSchool Administrative Services Manager and works within the School’s Dean’s Office as a leader and key Administrative Services team member working closely with faculty, students, and staff across the University and beyond. This position provides office support to over 200 faculty, staff, and PhD students.
