Job Summary/Basic Functions

Provides high-level administrative and professional support services for the Academic Testing Coordinator in the Department of Academic Testing. Services provided include written communications, data management, entry, and storage of test score information. Assists in the administration and assessment of national, regional, local, and university tests as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.

Experience: One year of responsible clerical, customer service, and administrative support is required.

Job Duties:

  • 50% - Manage the administrative tasks of the office; gather, organize, and analyze data in the completion of general functional procedures. - (Essential)
  • 30% - Assist in the administration and assessment of national, regional, local, and university tests. - (Essential)
  • 15% - Provide Customer Service to University, Testing Agencies, and the surrounding community as it relates to Academic Testing. - (Essential)
  • 5% - Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned. - (Essential)
