Position Summary
Performs specialized administrative responsibilities for Dept. Administrator and faculty across the dept. Manages day-to-day functions like SAP personnel coordination and ADIS champion. Financial responsibilities in creation of agreement/contract management in SAP Ariba and DocuSign. Is a P-Card holder. This position will be the point person for all Human Resources related activities for Family Medicine faculty, Nebraska Medicine Advance Practice Providers, and staff. This will include onboarding and access management, application screenings and management of position descriptions in People Admin. Primarily managing and administering the process and coordination of multiple education and clinical coverage schedules for 160+ faculty and resident physicians, APPs, and fellows using Qgenda platform and Perfect Serve call system. All functions require independent judgement and good communication skills to support the faculty, providers, and staff in our department’s four pillar mission.
