Required Education:

-Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
-Knowledge of standard proofreading.

-Excellent written communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
-Ability to work in a high stress environment.
-Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

**POSITION CONTINGENT ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDING**
30%: Assist with administration of contracts and grants. Interact with various collaborators grant administrators and sponsoring entities. Preparation of budgets and matter pertaining to grant and progress report submission. Assist with complex financial and statistical analysis and summary reports.
25%: Assist in answering phone, making travel arrangements, maintaining calendar, setting up conference calls and meetings. Composes correspondence, reports, and presentations including editing and proofreading. Maintains electronic filing system.
20%: Coordinate supply and instrument ordering, deliveries, payments, service contracts.
10%: Assist with all HR matters for lab personnel
10%: Assist with editing and submission of scientific papers and reviews.
5%: Performs other duties as assigned.
