What we want
We are looking for an Administrative Associate V, to join our thriving School of Law! This position is crucial to support our enrollment strategy designed to matriculate a diverse, high-achieving student body. Particularly, this person will be responsible for general data entry and pre-and-post-admission application processing. In addition, other responsibilities of this position include: assisting in developing and executing operation procedures related to application processing in professional and graduate degree programs of study. Possessing great communication skills, exceptional customer skills, demonstrating an organized approach to work, as well as having a strong work ethic are all needed to be successful in this position. Required Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Five years of experience in general office or clerical work
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others
Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating a willingness to be collaborative and supportive
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree
Six years of experience in office administration
Significant experience working with student information systems (SIS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software, general database usage, and data entry experience
Exceptional customer service and responsiveness exhibiting good communication and organizational skills
Prior experience in law school admissions and record-keeping, working knowledge of the LSAC ACES2 platform, or proficiency using Ellucian technology products

Responsibilities:
Administrative - Assists in developing and executing operation procedures related to application processing in professional and graduate degree programs of study. Recommends administrative changes, process improvements, and new initiatives. Serves as a technical liaison working with vendors and project teams to complete assignments and achieve department goals. Performs data entry, pre- and post-admission application processing, and reviews admission applications ensuring all records are complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Maintains fiscal, administrative, and academic records. Assists with the coordination of meetings, seminars, and on- and off-campus events providing occasional on-site support. Ensures compliance with federal, state, institutional, and accrediting agency policies and procedures. Reviews documents for supervisor.
Constituent Communication - Interprets rules, regulations, policies and procedures in response to constituent inquiries. Conducts follow-up contact with prospective students (by email, telephone, video conferencing, or in-person) from the point of inquiry through matriculation ensuring the completion of the enrollment process. Provides technical information regarding graduate degree programs and the enrollment process.
Reports and Analysis - Collects, analyzes, and interprets data (quantitative and qualitative) to develop internal and external reports, inform decisions, and guide actions. Develops and administers assessment instruments of myriad projects and initiatives. Coordinates the maintenance of files, records, office supplies, or equipment. Responds to requests for information, preparing data in the desired format. Provides verbal and written activity updates upon request.
Service and Professional Development - Serves on committees, workgroups, and task-forces as assigned. Engages in the activities of relevant professional organizations. Engages in continued education to improve skill set and stay abreast of industry standards. Performs other duties as assigned.
