Salary:

$14.53 - $26.98per hour commensurate with experience.

Job Description Summary:

Works under general supervision and provides highly advanced administrative support.


Responsibilities:
- Answer phone using multi-line phone system, route calls, forward messages and assist callers in a professional manner.
- Greet guests to the Board Office and direct to appropriate personnel/offices.
- Office support activities to include preparing and proofreading correspondence and other documentation for the Board Office.
- Maintain electronic filing system and records retention.
- Scan meeting materials, supporting documents and routine correspondence into Laserfiche Smartfiles as directed and proof for accuracy.
- Assist with special events.
- Other duties as assigned


Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five years of related experience.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
- Excellent written communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a high stress environment.

- Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

- Ability to work independently once given a project.

- Ability to lift 10 pound box.

- Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.

This is a budgeted part-time position. This is a security-sensitive position and is restricted to U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents only.
