Job Description

Works under general supervision and provides complex administrative support work.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for Extension Specialists (2)

  • Travel Arrangements.

  • Expense Reporting.

  • Account Management.

  • Account Receivables

  • Mailing, Shipping and Receiving..

  • Maintain, post and verify a variety of fiscal and administrative documents.

  • Responsible for answering incoming calls according to assigned schedule. Answer and route calls appropriately. Greet public and assists them as requested. 

  • Serve on Committees. 

  • Assist other support staff with programs

  • Perform other job-related duties as required or requested by supervisor. 

  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Three years of related experience.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat (or similar program)
