Duties & Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to the College Dean, Academic Services Coordinators, and their supervisor by maintaining calendars, directing students to the Navigate system for appointments, clearing pins, entering permits, troubleshooting advising issues, facilitating lightening advising during registration, maintain course wait lists, assist with academic schedule, greet all incoming office traffic, answer the main office phone line, and main College email, etc.

Provides administrative support to the College Business Officer by fully processing purchase requests (in Tigerbuy, via P-card, etc.); maintains efficient filing and database systems, assist with reimbursement process; attend to and complete all aspects of the mailing process (incoming, outgoing, delivery of campus mail, receiving packages, etc.).

Serves as informational resource and provides advice and counsel, to students, faculty, and staff; assists faculty and staff with inquiries, problems, or projects that require independent judgment and interpretation of policies and procedures.

Serve as main point of contact for Physical Plant, Campus Planning & Design, Space Planning, Contractors, Custodial staff, etc; submit Physical Plant work orders and follow up as needed until job is complete; unlock and lock rooms on a daily basis (check building for cleanliness, needed repairs, etc. during that time); coordinate renovations; or other needed projects.
