The Administrative Associate II (Community Coordinator) is responsible for the professional development and implementation of programs to support entrepreneurs and provide education and opportunities that support entrepreneurial culture in our region.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities in the co-working facility, member onboarding process, and assist members as needed.

  • Assist WTEC staff with co-working events, training events, partner events and community events.

  • Manage co-working software system.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Two years of experience in Customer service, via in-person, online, and phone.

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet and search engines.

  • Proven drive and enthusiasm for serving people.

  • Exceptional team working skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to work some evenings, weekends, and special hours, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using client management systems like Proximity, or similar.

  • Event planning/coordination.

  • Understanding of and/or experience in entrepreneurship.

  • Understanding of the fundamentals of co-working facilities.
