What We're Looking For

This position supports the mission of Baylor University by providing high level of administrative support to the College of Arts and Sciences Dean and Administration department.

A high school diploma, one year of relevant work experience and an active Christian faith are required. A Bachelor's degree and three years of experience are preferred.

This will be a part-time role.

Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis. 

What You Will Do

  • Read, sort, scan, and uploaded to Box in an organized way for future reference a large number of paper files, including faculty, staff and departmental records that are housed in the Dean's office.
  • Reorganize filing system in Box after the digitization process is complete.
  • Take on some additional administrative tasks related to filing. 
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission.
  • Ability to comply with University policies.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
