What We Are Looking For
The Baylor Ethics Initiative Administrative Associate serves within the College of Arts of Sciences.
A high school diploma, two years of relevant work experience, and an active Christian faith is required. A Masters degree and five years of relevant work experience is preferred.
This will be a part-time (approx. 29 hours per week), temporary position with an anticipated end date of 12/31/24 with the possibility of rehire.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
- Website and social media maintenance
- Event planning support
- Administrative support of office, curricular programming, and research
- Maintain departmental office and faculty supply needs
- Partner with various University departments on special projects
- Promote professional environment with excellent customer service
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
- Comply with university policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
