Position Summary:

The Department of Curriculum and Instruction is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and computer savvy Administrative Assistant to support the department's operations. Under the general direction of the Department Administrator you are responsible for providing administrative support to Faculty and staff, central office management, supporting building facilities needs, and department communications and events coordination. This is a fast paced office and you will be in the center of it all as you support the department's goal and objectives.

High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

Minimum of three years work experience required. Experience working in an office setting providing high level administrative support desired.
