Advertised Job Summary | Administrative Assistant University of South Carolina Upstate TMP00450PO24 Spartanburg, SC Primary administrative support for the Director of Accreditation, Assessment and Research in the College of Education, Human Performance and Health including daily maintenance and customer/client support of internal databases.

Qualifications | Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree or high school diploma and four years of related experience or equivalency. Successful background check is required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in public education environment and at least 2 years of data entry, database software, or data analysis is preferred. Utilize software applications at a high level of efficiency and effectiveness (LiveText, GoReact, Google, Banner, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat/Adobe Reader); plan and prioritize tasks on multiple schedules and calendars; locate and utilize resources independently and proactively. Confidentiality, Customer Contact, Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to source resources and knowledge independently, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. |
