Position Summary | St. Catherine University and the Information Management department invite applications for a full-time Administrative Assistant position. The Information Management department empowers students to be critical thinkers and leading information professionals who promote equity through the access and sharing of information. The Administrative Assistant supports our Master of Library Information Science program (MLIS), School Library Media Specialist certification, and undergraduate Digital Humanities and Information Systems minor. Join our team and represent our department to the world! The Administrative Assistant provides high-level office management and administrative support to the director, faculty, and students and provides assistance in a professional manner with a strong service orientation. The role allows a high degree of autonomy to plan, organize, coordinate, prioritize, and perform work in diverse areas of responsibility. Evenings or weekends may occasionally be required to support program events or projects.
