The Administrative Assistant II performs a variety of moderately complex clerical duties supporting full-time faculty and academic administrators.

Minimum Qualifications:

Requires two years experience or training at the college or university level in Office Administration or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience.

Experience and/or training with personal computers including MS Office; excellent secretarial and administrative skills; accurate typing and data entry.

Ability to organize daily work procedures and perform duties under one’s own initiative with supervisory guidance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with others.

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum Salary: $13.42/hr
Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
