Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the William B. Hanson Center for Space Sciences, serving as the face of the office at the front desk and on the phone.
Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree and two years office administration or project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience
Concur, eprocurement, and payroll experience is a plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with Facility requests
  • Assist with shipping and receiving (creating shipping labels and scheduling pickup)
  • Assist in helping students and Faculty in acquiring supplies
  • Assist in procurement and tracking purchases
  • Assist with travel and expense reimbursements
  • Assist in annual inventory
  • Assist in setting up in-house conferences involving outside visitors
  • Mail delivery
  • Assist in purchasing including P-Card
  • Manage conference room bookings
  • Assist in maintaining supply stocks
  • Monitor front lobby
  • Assist in organization of storerooms and offices
  • Assist in integration of new employees and students

This position is required to be in the office during their working hours. Remote working is not available for this position
