Special Assignments | May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor. |
KSA's/Required Qualifications | Significant work experience in an office setting with demonstrated knowledge of effective office practices. Good organizational skills, oral and written communication skills, and computer skills. Ability to interact with other personnel in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service to students, area employers and the public. Ability to meet deadlines while working effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Capability and/or demonstrated potential in use of enterprise computer systems. Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft office applications. Knowledge of queries and databases. |
Additional Considerations | Work experience in a postsecondary educational environment. Knowledge and/or experience with PeopleSoft Student Information System (SIS), Workforce Enterprise System (WES) or other comparable system. |
