| Special Assignments | May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor. |
| KSA's/Required Qualifications | Demonstrated knowledge of general office practices and procedures. Work experience in an office setting. Excellent organizational skills, oral and written communication skills, and computer skills. Ability to work well with others in a professional manner. Flexibility and ability to meet deadlines while working effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Advanced proficiency with most current versions of Microsoft applications. |
