You will need to have at least an Associate's degree in business, office management or related field and 2-3 years of progressively responsible office and administrative experience. An equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with military culture and have prior Department of Defense (DoD) exposure in either the military, military family, or civil service capacities. The more awareness and familiarity you have with the many different military communities, the better!

Minimum Qualifications:

This is a full-time, non-exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package. UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental and vision care coverage. New hires will be placed on the UA staff salary schedule, Grade 77, based on education and experience.
