Position Summary | The Department of Health Sciences has need of personnel to ensure that undergraduate and graduate students are prepared to fulfill their clinical education requirements. This individual is responsible for orienting students to all clinical requirements including but not limited to completing criminal background checks, immunization requirements, and AHEC housing requests when needed. One would need to know policies and procedures and be familiar with the requirements of facilities to enable students to rotate to external clinical sites. This person must be detail oriented and able to communicate well with students, faculty and other professionals. |
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements | High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. |
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience | Ability to work with a team and communicate well with students, staff and faculty, able to problem solve and work independently. Knowledgeable about clinical education in higher education. |
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience | Experience working with clinical education in higher education, knowledge and use of computer software (e.g., Teams, Access, etc). |
