Job Summary:

The School of Natural Sciences at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ is seeking to hire an adjunct instructor to teach Microbiology for the Health Sciences labs during the spring semester

Required Qualifications:

Required Qualifications: General requirements are a Master’s degree in the discipline or a closely related field. Teaching experience is required. Candidates with industrial or laboratory experience are also welcome to apply. Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check.
Candidates for hire will be required to sign a waiver authorizing the background check and produce a Social Security Card.

Special Instructions to Applicants:
Applicants will be asked to demonstrate knowledge and practical skills on one or more of the following topics: usage of bright field microscopes, slide preparation, culture isolation, microbe biochemical profiling, usage of differential and selective media, and rapid multi-test system
