Job Type: PartTime
Deadline: The position may have been removed or expired!

Job Description Summary

The Law and Tax Department at Bentley University is always interested in learning about qualified candidates for Law and Taxation adjunct faculty positions. Openings for these positions are not always available, but we encourage all qualified applicants to put their application into this pool as openings can occur at any time. Given our current course offerings, our teaching needs most likely would be for our courses Legal and Ethical Environment of Business, and/or several of our course offerings in our Masters in Taxation program (these run the gamut of tax topics including International Tax, Tax Implications of Transactions, Professional Tax Practice, Corporate Tax, and Taxation of Estates (and/or Taxation of Income from Trusts and Estates).

Therefore, if an applicant has expertise in one of these areas they are encouraged to list that expertise in  their application and/or cover letter. It is possible that expertise in other topical areas may become of interest as we develop new courses or experience changes in our current faculty so applicants should list these as well. Based on the needs of the Department, we will actively source candidates from this applicant pool when hiring Law and Taxation adjunct faculty.

Bentley University requires references checks and may conduct other pre-employment screening.
