Job Summary/Basic Function:

Under the direction of the Dean of Liberal Arts, provide instruction to students in various music ensembles and classes.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Music or closely related field.
Evidence of experience teaching.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

M.A. in Music
3 or more years of experience teaching.

Physical Demands:

Typical demands of teaching at the university level exist, with the ability to stand up to 4 hours. The ability to manage the physical demands of the position.
