JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Penn State New Kensington has adjunct instructor positions for fall 2021 in biology and science, specifically BISI 4 (Human Body: Form and Function), and SC 120N (Plants, Places, and People). Duties include teaching undergraduate level courses. Additional duties may vary by assignment. Master's degree in the discipline for which you are applying (or closely related field) required; one or more of the following preferred: teaching experience, Ph.D. Courses will be taught in-person. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the positions are filled. A teaching demonstration may be required as part of the on-campus interview.

CAMPUS SECURITY CRIME STATISTICS:

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters. The ASR is available for review here .
