Job Description

This part-time non-tenure track position within the will teach up to two courses for the 2021 - 2022 academic year.


  • Teach up to two courses per semester.

  • Keep records, post grades (mid-term & final), submit attendance reporting, and mentor students.

  • Post and maintain office hours.

  • Other duties as assigned by department head.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Graduate degree in Management or related area.

  • One year teaching experience at a college or university level in the business management area.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to use virtual technology and related  software to support online teaching.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Doctorate degree in Management or related area.

  • Candidates that are ABD with significant progress towards their dissertation will also be considered.

  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.

  • Technical competence in appropriate subject matter and the ability to apply this knowledge to the solution of problems.

  • Understanding of the learning and development processes of youth and adults.

  • Knowledge of a variety of teaching methods to provide effective learning experiences.

  • Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
